Straight answers
Will my customers know it's AI?
Yes. It says it's your virtual assistant at the start of every call, and if anyone asks, it tells them. Most people just want their details taken and a call back, and that's what it does.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only says what you've told it. If it doesn't know, it says you'll ring them back. You get every summary straight away, and I check calls myself in your first week.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. You keep your number. Unanswered calls pass to your receptionist after about 20 seconds, and you can switch it off with one code.
How much is it, really?
£99 a month for calls, or £129 with WhatsApp and website chat. No setup fee for founding clients, no contract, and the first 14 days are free.
How soon can I be live?
Usually within a day of our chat, once you've rung it and you're happy.
What happens to my customers' details?
They're only used to send you the summary and to run the service. I sign a data agreement with every client, and you can ask me to delete recordings at any time. See the privacy notice.
